Course Contents

Our Executive and Champion training gives a detailed explanation of process improvement methods, tools and applications. It will prepare managers for the task of operating in a process improvement environment. The organisation and people requirements, along with the criteria for identifying process improvement opportunities, enables the successful roll out of improvement programmes. Candidates will learn details of the PDSA (Plan, Do, Study, Act) improvement cycle vs the six-sigma DMAIC (Define Measure, Analyse, Improve, Control) cycle, quality tools and investigation methods amongst other widely used tools. Thornley Group Executive and Champion training is targeted at executives working in process improvement environments, process owners and managers who have responsibility for process improvement activities.
